General Statement of Job
With no direct supervision, provides very complex specialized services and support to department, office, or program.

Assists with the organization, preparation, and implementation of registration events, both in-person and remote.
Assists students with the Adult Education student enrollment application process. Provides student support via phone, email, livechat, and virtual conferencing tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Blackboard Collaborate.
Assists with training Adult Education staff and faculty on application and registration tools, software and departmental procedures.
Responds to the needs and inquiries of users related to IT issues around the enrollment application (Salesforce), deploys solutions, and follows up with users.
Assists enrollment and front desk staff as needed.

May coordinate, evaluate, develop, and implement specialized materials to support departmental programs.
May provide training or support training programs.
Assists with general reporting and maintenance of databases as required.
May provide information to others regarding processes, programs, and/or procedures.
May review and process documents, maintain databases, and provide reports.

Processes, practices, and procedures related to the departmental work being done.
Student enrollment and registration techniques and practices.
Salesforce, learning management systems, Google Suite, spreadsheets.
Adult Education class offerings including ESL, HSE, Career Pathways, and College Prep.
