As the Content Strategist/UX Writer in the Design & TTS Digital Solutions team, you will improve, and often design, the content experience in end-to-end user journeys across the portfolio of Tufts University school, department, program, center, and lab websites, AccessTufts, and other mission-critical digital properties. A user-focused, creative professional who enjoys collaborating in a dynamic and agile environment, you will work closely with designers and developers and with university stakeholders to ensure delightful, consistent, and coordinated digital experiences that enable core business objectives and that are intuitive to navigate. You will have the opportunity to work throughout all phases of the design process, identifying the content problems that need to be solved and deciding which methods and tools to use for the challenge at hand. A gifted wordsmith, you will write concise, engaging content that expresses appropriate brand voice and personality. Thinking holistically and with a UX focus at both the project and product level, you will craft essential artifacts such as information architecture models, taxonomies and metadata frameworks for grouping and tagging content, as well as user stories and design thinking discovery documents. This position is eligible for remote work.
