Marketing Manager

St. Edward's University of Austin, Texas, invites applications for the position of Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will join the award-winning St. Edward's University Marketing and Communications team and will deliver innovative and integrated programs, including reputation management, brand management, recruitment, and retention marketing. We communicate St. Edward's experience to increase awareness of the university, support recruitment, and retention goals, and empower the university's brand advocates. Our office is collaborative and productive approaching programs with creativity, measurement, and learning opportunities. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the reputation, recruitment, retention, and creative teams.

For consideration, a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing successful track record with project management and cross-team coordination. Demonstrated understanding of email, website, and social marketing best practices and trends. Experience working with creative and content development, content management systems, social media management platforms and marketing automation. Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal and presentational. Analytical skills and experience making data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on

audience growth and engagement.
  • Develop and monitor content strategy by audience/channel to support business objectives.
  • Ensure integrated, innovative, and documented programs for the St. Edward's University digital presence, rooted in market research and customer journey, designing new and creative approaches for sharing content in email, social media, and on the website.
  • Track and optimize program efficacy, using tools such as Marketo, Sprout, and Google Analytics and report progress to colleagues articulating key findings.
  • Work with creative teams on concept development and program delivery for consistent brand experience.
  • Partner with colleagues to develop project schedules, manage and complete projects efficiently. Collaborate with campus colleagues sharing best practices across divisions as a marketing and communications trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team in the Enrollment Management division on an ongoing basis.
  • Mentor and supervisor team interns.
