Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Worldwide announces a unique opportunity within the Office of Admissions, reporting directly to the Associate Director of Operations. The Admissions Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting all admissions systems to include, but not limited to: Salesforce/TargetX (CRM), Campus Solutions (Student Information System), Imaging, TouchNet and SharePoint. This position helps to facilitate the use of technology for Worldwide Admissions, with the department taking in approximately 18,000 applications annually. This individual is responsible for working directly with the Associate Director of Operations, Associate Director of Admissions, Director of Admissions and admissions staff. Together with the Associate Director of Operations, they will help ensure daily admissions operations are carried out to include, but not limited to: loading admissions applications, maintaining and developing admissions functions in the CRM, creating reports and dashboards in the CRM, editing the online application and applicant communication, running the auto-evaluation process, printing admissions letters, and coordinating updates in the Student Information System.
The Admissions Systems Specialist provides input to the Associate Directors & Director in planning, development, testing, implementation, support and training for continuous enhancements on systems that provide core business functionality including Salesforce/TargetX, Campus Solutions, Imaging, SharePoint, and any other admissions systems. Additionally, this position helps coordinate with the Associate Director of Admissions and University Information Technology staff to manage system modifications, enhancements, configuration, and setup.

Technical skills with an in depth knowledge of information systems and expertise with:
Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email
Other Internet end-user applications
Knowledge of report writing, dashboard reporting and query tools, SQL and HTML.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
