Overview
The Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development is an independent, academic, non-profit research center at the Tufts University School of Medicine. Founded in 1976, the center provides evidence and information to government agencies, foundations, professional associations and industry that informs improvements in the quality, efficiency and speed of the development of new medical treatments for patient.
What You'll Do
The Marketing and Communication Specialist manages the Center’s web-based, digital and social media marketing and outreach to raise awareness of its work and the results of its research; attract new grant opportunities, registrants and subscribers; announce new professional development education offerings; and support its overall positioning and reputation. Responsibilities include preparing and designing new web, social media and digital content, maintaining and updating existing web site and digital content, reviewing website and social media analytics and ensuring search engine optimization; managing the web store; developing, producing and implementing marketing and promotion programs and service campaigns and conducting email outreach initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Basic Requirements:
- Knowledge and skills acquired through completing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience
