This position reports to the Laptop Central Supervisor and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of Bryant’s Laptop Program. Primary areas of responsibility include: customer support; hands-on hardware and software repair; student supervision and database management in support of the program. Microsoft Access querying ability is required for this position. The ability to work non-traditional hours (for example, 10:00am to 6:00pm) is a requirement.
