The primary responsibility of this role will be to source and recruit candidates to support the recruiting strategy of both SHRA, EHRA non-faculty and faculty (when assigned) as well as temporary staff and students. Manages job vacancies for positions, including posting positions in the PeopleAdmin system, and identifying potential candidates via a variety of strategies including external advertising, networking, conducting queries within resume databases, social media platforms, and job fairs. The Talent Solutions Specialist is responsible for working with departmental hiring managers in the planning, developing, and implementing of recruiting strategies. The Talent Solutions Specialist will also provide guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices. The position will collaborate with Talent Solutions team members to evaluate and streamline processes and develop innovative recruitment strategies to create diverse high-quality candidate pools based on current and future University needs.
