Under supervision from the Director of Employee Services, the incumbent provides office support assistance by performing highly specialized office managerial/administrative support duties for all HRS Teams. The position requires contact with internal and external hiring departments, agencies, and other administrative personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities (generally)
Establishes and revises the calendars of the Directors, as assigned. Prepares documents containing confidential or sensitive information. Assists with drafting and/or distributing correspondence internally to all HRS staff. Serves as back-up hiring manager in PeopleAdmin for the HR department. Coordinator of the Spirit Squad for HRS; schedules meetings, organizes and coordinates arrangements for office events, celebrations, individual/remote activities, and team building activities when appropriate. Assists with the organization and coordination of arrangements for HRS functions, such as retreats and receptions. Serves as department timekeeper for HRS. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Qualifications for this position
1. High school graduation or equivalent.
2. Two (2) years (24 months) of work experience comparable to the third level of this series.
