Position: Operation Support Coordinator
Department: National Center for Bioethics
Status: Full-Time; Exempt

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Prepare documents (PAF’s, SRF’s, Work Record Sheet, etc.) to submit to the Office of Human Resources
Prepare Payroll for staff and submit time sheets, work record sheets
Maintain Staff Personnel Work Records
Track and Calculate all leave time (tardiness, Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Emergency Leave and LWOP)
Interact with other offices on campus concerning personnel business
Ensure that the Bioethics Center is in compliance with the Human Resources University’s policies and guidelines
Assist in Professional Performance Assessment (Evaluation)

Prepare consultants’ contracts and compensation
Keep general records on consultants and staff
Prepare travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground travel, etc.) for selected faculty and staff
Prepare travel reimbursement documents for faculty and staff
Attention to details and deadlines
Manages the Bioethics Center’s facilities and coordinates the inventory of equipment and supplies
Supervises work study students
Oversees the Bioethics Auditorium
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Three to five years’ experience
Baccalaureate Degree
Good oral and written communication skills
Salary
Commensurate with education, training and experience
