The Friedman School of Nutrition Food Aid and Quality Review Project is hiring for multiple positions:
Project and Event Administrator
The Project and Event Administrator will work closely with the Principal Investigator, co-Principal Investigator, and Project Manager to provides specialized, subject matter knowledge to develop, implement, review and evaluate the FAQR project and related event to share evidence related to international food assistance and nutrition. Participates in development of goals and strategies; develops, analyzes and monitors budgets, grants and contracts; and participates in development of and implements marketing and advertising efforts, including writing content for website and social media.
Part-Time Administrative Assistant:
Duties will include: arranging travel and visas for FAQR team members and guests, preparing and processing travel reimbursement requests, organizing meetings and booking conference rooms, arranging catering and audiovisual services for meetings and events, participating in and taking notes in team meetings, assisting with the management of the project budget and tracking of expenditures, processing invoices and other financial transactions, assisting in the preparation and management of contracts, maintaining project records and financial data, drafting and formatting reports and other project documents, assisting with communications-related activities, and completing other administrative tasks, as needed.
