High school diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in the field of technology related to the area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

At least 1 year of Registrar’s Office experience and at least 3 years of direct Banner experience.

Primary Purpose of Position
Position is responsible for maintaining integrity of student registration through the BANNER system; provides technical assistance to University stakeholders related to student registration challenges; provides communication to School and Colleges regarding registration for each term; and runs and maintains incomplete grade process, end of the term process, and academic standing process.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The Office of the Registrar provide support services to students, faculty, and staff in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities and activities in these support services include registration of students, certification of enrollment status, withdrawal of students from classes, processing official transcript requests, maintaining, academic records, repeated courses, processing applications for graduation, maintenance of demographic data and scheduling of courses.
