The Division of Student Lifeis accepting applications for the Initial Services Coordinator
position within Accessibility Resources
. In this role, you will support equitable access to curricular and co-curricular programs, services, opportunities and benefits for students with disabilities by reviewing accommodation requests and determining eligibility.
Your responsibilities include:
- Case management and student transitional services
- Consultation and liaison with university faculty and staff
- Analytics on new and existing students and accommodations requests
- File completion of student records and notes.
- Design accommodation memos, communication and updates
- Community outreach

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with students/individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant governmental regulations and ability to put them into practice interpretively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and motivationally.
- Degree in special education, rehabilitation counseling, or social work
- Progressive experience in post-secondary education
