Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide announces a leadership position within the Department of Campus Operations. The Associate Executive Director, serves as a U.S. operations manager, coordinator, and planner at designated campus locations. This position works closely with campus directors and staff in all aspects of administrative operations. This role also supports and represents the Executive Director, U.S. in all functions of that position.
Enforces administrative procedures.
Projects a positive university image as related to administrative affairs.
Provides positive and effective leadership to U.S. staff culminating in quality educational programs consistent with cost effective and efficient operations.
Promotes a positive University image at all times. Promotes excellence in student services throughout all U.S. locations. Supports the University’s team environment and participates as a team member.
Education & Experience Requirements
(3-5) years of work related experience
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment and independently when required.
Strong speaking and writing skills
In-depth knowledge of military services and associated education organizations
Quickly adapt to changing policies and procedures; learn and skillfully apply approved advancements in information technology systems.
Investigate issues, research options, solve problems, and follow up on corrective actions.
