Under the direction of the Associate Director, the Student Accounting Services Manager (Managing Assistant Director III) manages the Campus ID Card, Parking and Customer Service operations for the Office of Student Accounting. The Manager develops goals, policies and procedures; ensures efficient and effective operations of all assigned areas; and does related work as required. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and two years of professional experience maintaining systems, preferably a financial system, is required. Experience with parking management is preferred. Candidate must be highly proficient in Excel and have the ability to analyze data and produce insights from reporting. Excellent customer service skills and oral and written communication skills are essential.
