Working together in a spirit of continuous improvement and collaboration, the Human Resources team contributes to a progressive and productive work environment that meets the challenges of a changing world.Under the direction of the Director, the Senior HR Analyst extracts, analyzes and synthesizes data derived from various systems, including the ERP (PeopleSoft), the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), the case management system (Salesforce) and the project management system (TuftsProjects), in order to develop and report on performance measures that focus on activities that drive HR strategy, support department priorities, and foster continuous improvement. The Analyst identifies trends, creates management dashboards, designs and produces regularly scheduled report packs, conducts ad hoc reporting, monitors data integrity, and participates in department projects including technology updates, testing, and implementation.
