Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is currently recruiting for a Manager of University Enrollment Marketing. The Manager for the Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach Campus is responsible for executing the campus marketing strategy for undergraduate and graduate degree program offerings. Embry-Riddle and its product lines are growing exponentially and an experienced, knowledgeable manager has the opportunity to help our vision become a reality across campaigns intended to increase prospective students and improve student retention.

Reporting directly to the director of university enrollment marketing, this position will help make external marketing goals a reality. By exhibiting strong project management skills, the manager will support advertising strategy, both in print and digital mediums, to enhance enrollment, retention and Embry-Riddle’s reputation. This may be inclusive of writing content for print and digital marketing projects, helping with special events, preparing event flows and managing vendor relationships.

Among the keys to success, the manager should be comfortable networking with faculty and staff, and should demonstrate an upbeat and self-starter approach complemented by deadline-oriented service.

Responsibilities include the following:
Writes and proofreads for a variety of mediums: digital and print ad/magazine/web copy, marketing emails, scripts, video descriptions, etc.
Coordinates and executes the production schedule for recruitment collateral produced through the in-house creative services team or external vendors. This may be inclusive, but not limited to marketing collateral/projects, such as recruitment rack cards, magazines, brochures, print and digital advertising.
Supports marketing planning and events.
Reports on the success of campaigns.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field
Five-plus years of experience
Strong project management experience, higher education preferred
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience with fact checking
Solid background managing strategic and creative projects to completion
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Team player with the ability to work independently
Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PPC advertising and SEO
Familiarity with usability and user experience concepts
Public relations; experience pitching stories to media
Video storytelling/script writing skills
Creative director experience
Ability to write for various audiences
Familiarity with task management software
