As the hub of innovation and entrepreneurship at Tufts, our programs focus on technology and leadership. Tufts Gordon Institute (TGI) provides both graduate & undergraduate students with the knowledge and skills they need to lead teams and companies, and to make a difference in the world. Our alumni have become leaders in public, private and non-profit companies across a variety of industries including biotech, finance and defense. Our programs are taught by faculty who have excelled in industry, have started and run their own companies, and know what it takes to succeed in the business world.

As a member of a high-energy program support team, the Program Coordinator, will work to support graduate programming at the Institute. The Program Coordinator interfaces with students, faculty, and staff, to ensure that programs are executed well, and support student the achievement of student outcomes. The role includes coordinates all aspects of graduate programming, including the student experience, classes, workshops and seminars, and community development activities. As part of the role, the Coordinator is responsible for working with team members to achieve the programmatic goals of the institute.


Basic Requirements:
0-3 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years of experience with a High School diploma.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
High level user of the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in program execution.
Experience in fast paced, collaborative office environment.
Experience and passion for technology innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership.

Special Work Schedule Requirements:
The regular work week is Monday-Thursday, 10:30am-6:30pm, Friday 8:30-4:30. As some Gordon Institute events and activities take place on weeknights and Saturdays, this position will require some non-standard work hours as needed, primarily during the academic year, so flexibility is necessary.
