RPh or Pharm D. Degree in pharmacy with a current license and five years experience in college health pharmacy, experience in supervision and management with understanding of State budget implementation. Experience in electronic prescription and electronic records management. Five years of experience with electronic pharmacy management system.

Primary Purpose of Position
The incumbent in this position manages a pharmacy, which serves the University’s student population. The incumbent provides a wide range of pharmacy services, including ordering, maintaining, and packaging necessary drugs; dispensing medications, counseling students about their medications; and answering drug-related questions for the medical staff. The incumbent is responsible for consultation and on-the-job training the medical staff and provides them with current information on drug therapy selection, pharmacokinetics and pharmacology. The incumbent works directly with the Health Service Director to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy

The Mission of the student health center is to provide curative and preventative health care services to the students of North Carolina A&T State University. We provide services according to recommended standards, based upon current medical and health related information, in order to accommodate the unique needs of each individual.
Our goal is to be central support to N.C. A&T State University’s educational programs. We seek to prevent/reduce time lost from the course of study and strive to improve the quality of life for the A&T community and the public at large. Our overall goal of the student health center is to maintain a healthy environment in which students, faculty, and staff are able to achieve their educational goals.
