The Disability Support Services Testing Center Proctor provides support to the Director(s) of Disabilities Support Services. This position is responsible for implementing accommodations including assistive and adaptive technologies, while proctoring of exams including midterm and finals. The DSS Testing Center Proctor provides administrative support including receptionist of office and maintaining official records of student clients. This position assists with the scheduling of both exams and graduate proctors, location of exam rooms, video monitoring and delivery of completed test. This position may provide assistance with the use of Assistive Technology during testing.

Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for the proctoring of exams in the DSS testing center.
Coordinate administrative operations; including interaction with faculty.
Assist in training of graduate proctors and student assistants.
Maintain accurate record of all exams.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 3-5 years of work related experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Computer proficiency in technologies associated with education and assistive and adaptive technologies.

Preferred Qualificatons:
Higher education experience preferred.
