Occupational Health Services Administrator – (21001862)
The University Health Services (OHS) department provides the strategic vision to build and sustain a university-wide infection prevention and injury management program and supports harmonization of health and safety policies across all schools by working with relevant stakeholders. In addition, the department directs and completes assessment of levels of health and safety risk within the university environment
Assists Director in establishing and maintaining Occupational Health Services operations. Partners in developing goals and strategies to promote health and safety throughout Tufts University. Effectively monitors project activities and ensures appropriate resources and timely deliverables. Responsible for designing and implementing Occupational Health Services providing operational oversight to ensure excellent patient care.
Knowledge and skills as typically acquired through completion of bachelor’s degree and 3 -5 years of related experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications.
Project management knowledge and skills.
Ability to work with confidential information and data.
Experience working in an occupational health department/medical practice office is desirable.
