Reporting to the Registrar, the Assistant Registrar for Degree Progress will perform professional duties, with limited supervision, to assist in accomplishing the mission of the Registrar’s Office. Assigned responsibilities include, but are not limited to, program evaluations, graduation processing, and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two or more years of experience in a Registrar’s Office or similar graduation/program completion analyst role
- Knowledge of student information systems required; experience with an Ellucian system and Digarc Acalog, is preferred
- Familiar with AACRAO policies and guidelines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student, faculty, and staff constituencies
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic work environment
