This role is eligible to work remote, locally, in the MA area. Must be able to commute to Medford on occasion, as needed.

The Application Administrator will be responsible for all application administration and support of FoodPro, the automated food production system in use at all dining facilities at Tufts University. Key responsibilities of this position include overseeing, coordinating and supporting the effective use of FoodPro. In addition, s/he will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing application updates, interfaces with other applications, and reviewing, processing and assisting in interpreting all data required by and generated from the system. Critical responsibilities include working closely with business unit and users on a daily basis to resolve issues and support projects, and provide guidance in helping advance the business mission. This will involve training all levels of Dining staff in proper utilization of the system and ensure that daily routines and responsibilities are understood and followed.
