Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide announces an exciting new opportunity within the Department of Enrollment Management.
Reporting to the Vice Chancellor, this position serves as liaison between the Campus community and the Marketing & Creative Services team to develop and distribute content, including print, digital, social, web presence, CRM, photo and video for campus audiences including prospective/applied/admitted students, current students, families, parents and guidance counselors.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as liaison between the WW enrollment management and the Marketing & Creative Services team and the Campus Communications team to develop and distribute content, including print, digital, social, web presence, CRM, photo and video for campus audiences including prospective/applied/admitted students that are adult learners and traditional students..
Create, update and build communications plans for Enrollment Management
Proactively explore, collect and manage university updates to include:
Student projects, designs and awards
Admissions and Recruitment statistics
Other pertinent information that could be used in enrollment managements communications
Review and approve all email contents to be sent via CRM.
Create and queue last minute email blasts through the CRM as needed.
Provide periodic updates to the Department of Admissions.
Gather information to remain current on University programs, national admissions trends (standards and policies), financial aid opportunities (including institutional, federal and private), and of industry trends, (specifically within the aviation industry).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
(5-10) years of enrollment/admissions experience
Higher education experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have analytical skills with an in depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications to include oracle software and Salesforce.
Ability to problem solve
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with varied constituencies
Ability to exercise good judgment
Ability to represent university in a professional manner
