Reporting to the Vice President for University Relations or his/her designee, the Webmaster (Managing Assistant Director III) will manage Kean University’s website operations including its planning, design, maintenance, optimization and daily administration. The website serves as Kean’s foundation for internet marketing and its primary student recruitment vehicle. Responsibilities include managing the university’s core website to ensure an effective user experience; publishing content that delivers key messages to various audiences; engaging with vendors as needed; evaluating metrics to drive strategy; troubleshooting technical problems; ensuring consistent content and presentation across Kean’s web portfolio; and related work as required. This position requires a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
