Position Summary
The University at Buffalo School of Law is seeking a Program Coordinator to work primarily within the Career Services Office.

This position serves many administrative roles including, but not limited to:
Office Manager – including primary contact point and administrator
Recruitment/Employment Coordinator – both organizing and executing postings, interviews and other events
Data collection and maintenance
Planning and tracking financial transactions (including but not limited to: purchases, event expenses, travel arrangements, annual memberships and dues, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Higher Education or law related experience.
Customer service, database / data management (excel and other software)
Preferred Qualifications
Preference for Student Services or student placement
