Position Summary

The School of Management at the University at Buffalo is seeking a Recruitment and Program Coordinator. The Recruiting and Program Coordinator is a highly collaborative position that coordinates daily operations of the School of Management.Career Resource Center (CRC), including primary responsibility for supporting the recruiting process between employers and students, as well as key programs of the CRC.

This position will support key programs of the Career Resource Center including:
    • Career fairs
    • The practice interview program
    • Awards events
    • Networking events
    • Career development programs
    • The school’s professional development fund

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent, inclusive customer service skillls and advanced written & oral communication skills
  • Strong initiative, judgement, and ability to manage a dynamic, time-sensitive workload.
  • Detail oriented with strong technology skills and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
