Department Summary: Conference and Event Services is responsible for advancing the academic mission of the university by extending the resources and facilities of the university to support Tufts and non-Tufts programs. Through efficient management of facilities and professional conference and program consulting to a price sensitive market segment, the department is driven to provide additional revenue to the University. Coordinates and manages over 50 programs and 4,000 conference guests each year.
Job Summary: Manage all the activities that make a conference successful including liaising with service departments and vendors to ensure all details are properly executed. They will plan a large array of events such as professional conferences, academic enrichment programs, international programs, weddings, and university events.
