The College of Liberal Arts (CLA) is seeking applicants to support the College as an Endpoint Support Analyst. This position provides high-quality customer service through courteous and professional communication. Supports and maintains effective relationships with consistent follow-up and documentation. Under the supervision of the IT Manager and in consultation with other IT professionals on the team, provides technical support to the faculty and staff of CLA to resolve moderately complex first-tier desktop software, application, and communication issues in an efficient and timely manner.
Provides timely resolution of problem or escalation on behalf of the client by maintaining strong working relationships with IT professionals in other areas.
