The Information Technology IT Technical Support Analyst is a new professional position responsible for supporting technologies and related services for Student Affairs at Auburn University. The Specialist will be a member of the Student Affairs Technology team and report to the Information Technology Manager. Student Affairs Technology supports student-facing departments as well as multi-million dollar revenue-generating business units.
This IT Technical Support Analyst position will provide attention to business-critical systems, develop needs assessments, and implement technical solutions based on knowledge of systems analysis. Position will be required to resolve complex problems and improve business processes through technology. The work of an IT Specialist will also range from generalist work to in-depth support for a more narrowly defined field.
Some positions at Auburn University may be eligible for hybrid work schedules and are subject to change or transition to a full-time on-site schedule at any time.
