Under the general supervision of the Director of Resource Management and Chief Financial Officer, the Resource Management Officer is responsible for managing and recording the day-to-day financial transactions of the Offices of Alumni Engagement, Annual Giving and Donor and Alumni Communications, including:

  • facilitating/coordinating all fiscal activities
  • monthly reconciliation of accounts payable
  • procurement oversight

The RMO also is responsible for ensuring compliance with university and state policies related to spending and procurement.
