AMSTI is looking to recruit an part-time employee to assist the Budget Manager with the day-to-day operations of the AMSTI office.
This position will keep records of financial transactions, verify, allocate, and post details of transactions to subsidiary accounts in journal or computer files from documents such as sales slips, invoices and receipts. Reconcile purchase card account for all AMSTI staff. Enter purchase order requisitions and track expenditures for each purchase order. Maintain records including hard copies of all invoices and other documents needed by Contracts and Grants to generate quarterly reports. Work with Director, Assistant Director, and/or Business Manager in budgeting and purchasing materials to run the AMSTI-AU site and AMSTI trainings. Correspond with Auburn University Purchasing Department. Handle personal service contract (PSC) with profession development presenters.
