This position reports to the Laptop Central Supervisor and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of Bryant’s Laptop Program. Primary areas of responsibility include customer support; hands-on hardware and software repair; student training and management and database management in support of the Student Laptop Program. Microsoft Access querying ability and prior Helpdesk experience is a plus for this position. The ability to work non-traditional hours (for example, 10:00am to 6:00pm) and Labor Day Weekend is required.
