The Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, SUNY at Buffalo, invites applications for the Accreditation Manager/Institutional Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project management, collaboration, and lifelong learning. The primary focus of this role is accreditation oversight for over 68 Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education- (ACGME) accredited residency and fellowship training programs. This role is part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and involves regular interaction with GME colleagues, hospital personnel, medical residency/fellowship program directors and administrators, residents and fellows.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage the ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) and provide high-level support to key stakeholders
• Provide key support and guidance on management of the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC)
• Serve as a member of the GMEC's Program Quality Review Subcommittee (PQRS) and manage administrative functions
• Contribute to institutional and program-specific ACGME site visits, including logistical planning and review of documents
• Collaborate closely with hospital partners on IPRO (NYS Dept. of Health) on-site and off-site visits for hospital accreditation, including preparation of data and documents for surveyors
• Assist with supervision of Accreditation Administrator position

Office work location is 7th floor suite within UB's Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences building on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Telecommuting also available in accordance with SUNY policy.
