To operate Postage Meter Machine. Deliver and retrieve mail to the campus community. Employee will assist students, faculty, and staff at the service window in processing mail/packages. Perform other Mail Center related duties.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The Campus Mail Center of North Carolina A&T State University is a unit of the Campus Enterprises under the division of Business and Finance. The Campus Mail Center’s duties are vital to the University’s administration, students, faculty, and staff. It is a liaison between the United States Postal Service and the University; it also serves as source of information for mailing options. The function of the Mail Center operation is to carry out the services of mail handling in a professional, courteous and orderly manner.
The Center has the responsibility of handling vital documents such as federal grants, federal loans and other important matter, which affects the entire operations of the University. Overall, the Campus Mail Center is the hub of communication for resident students and their families, friends, the administration and faculty.
