The Coordinator, Fraternity and Sorority Life at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott assists in the overall operations of Student Engagement serving in a pivotal role for shaping the out of classroom learning experiences of students through programs that foster academic success, and encourage involvement in campus and community life. The Coordinator has primary oversight and responsibility for Fraternity & Sorority Life, with oversight responsibility for National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), Interfraternity Council (IFC), and all sorority and fraternity communities under those umbrellas.  The Coordinator also serves in support capacity for transition programs, leadership programs, the Board of Campus Activities and department administration.

Serve as the primary advisor for Fraternity & Sorority Life governing councils: The National Panhellenic Conference and the Interfraternity Council
Oversight of FSL budget
Develop and maintain relationships with students by creating a sense of support at organization meetings, council meetings, and/or various programs on campus
Meet with council and chapter leadership bi-weekly. Discuss fraternal values and organization goals for individual sororities and fraternities
Assist with the recruitment and selection process of elected council officers
Coordinate FSL membership recruitment process
Assess FSL educational programs and operations for effectiveness, adjust as needed. This includes, but is not limited to: risk management, event registration, bystander intervention, sexual violence, hazing and alcohol education programs
Work with fraternities and sororities to establish academic performance goals. Monitor and assess chapter academic performance
Promote opportunities for philanthropy and community service
Work in collaboration with Fraternity & Sorority Life community constituents such as advisors, headquarters representatives, parents, and University staff
Advance the mission and values of Fraternity & Sorority Life and the Department of Student Engagement
Produce yearly reports depicting operations, achievement, and advancement in the Greek community
Assist various entities with implementation of Greek Week
Coordinate educational opportunities for the Greek community
Coordinate and oversee FSL student leadership awards
Coordinate and maintain student organization leadership concepts for FSL (Chapter Standards)
