Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with students and department directors
Prepare internal and external documents for team members, vendors, and alumni
Schedule meetings, manage appointments and build comprehensive travel itineraries
Assist with enrollment management on/off-campus events and staff appreciation functions
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff, students and partners
Take and transcribe minutes of meetings for review and typing into final form
Maintain the budget for the division of enrollment management
Create all Purchase Orders, Requisitions, Check Requests, and all Intra-institutional Vouchers for Enrollment Management
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in the humanities or closely related fields
Minimum of 4+ years of experience reporting to senior level management
Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
Strong background/knowledge in the use of database systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
Previous office work experience, be able to accept responsibility and run administrative aspects for the office
Advance Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with university-specific programs and software
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Exceptional interpersonal skills
