In this role, you will provide the Campus Living Housing Services Office with necessary advanced clerical support. This position is responsible for the set-up and maintenance of a variety of processes which require advanced computer skills and critical thinking as well as the ability to function independently with little day-to-day direct supervision.
The main functions of this position include serving as the main customer service representative and serve as the direct supervisor of the student support staff. This position is expected to provide additional general office administrative support for the entire Housing Services unit.
This position is expected to provide leadership in day-to-day administration of general office duties and assist with the housing application, and assignment processes. Data entry and the maintenance of computer databases are critical.
This person must be highly organized, detail orientated, have the ability to multi-task, enjoy problem solving, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working with customers.
