The Ryan College of Business Office of Undergraduate Programs Office is staffed with professional Academic Advisors and Academic Counselors who are responsible for the evaluation of transfer credit and course planning. They assist students with the understanding of university policies and regulations, reaching their academic goals and support student success.

Position Overview     
This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting RCOB DSI Enterprise partnership programs requiring a general in-depth knowledge of RCOB curriculum, RCOB advising processes and students services, as well as knowledge of the specifics of DSI Enterprise partnership programs. This person will coordinate relevant student services, work directly with students in RCOB DSI Enterprise partnership programs and serve as the liaison between RCOB Undergraduate Programs Office and DSI Enterprise partnership programs. They will also liaise with UNT student services stakeholders and senior stakeholders within RCOB.

This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements with appropriate approvals.

Minimum Qualifications     
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and three years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities     
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to use a variety of complex computer applications.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations verbally and in writing.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to work independently and lead project teams effectively. Considerable knowledge of University policies and procedures related to functional area (or ability to rapidly assimilate).
