The Department of Student Accounts within Business Services at the University at Buffalo is seeking an Office Assistant 2 (Calculations). This position is customer service oriented and the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

* Provide phone coverage for Student Accounts general number
* Respond to Student Accounts emails
* Post payments to appropriate accounts, including third-party payments and follow internal controls for proper cash handling
* Return third-party overpayments to the correct sponsor
* Provide account information as needed
* Process late fee removal requests
* Review of accounts going to collection
* Provide assistant to 1Capen as needed
* Assist in orientation events
* Additional duties as assigned to assist within Student Accounts and Business Services
