The Sr. Administrative Specialist supports the administrative operations of the Honors College. Responsibilities include routine and non-routine correspondence, data compilation, preparation of reports, and maintenance of program records and data. The Sr. Administrative Specialist provides direct support to the Associate Dean for the Honors College including calendar maintenance, correspondence, and related responsibilities. The Sr. Administrative Specialist is a member of the front desk coverage team. In this role, they greet walk-in visitors to TAMS and the Honors College and answer phones. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to problem solve, make decisions, and effectively communicate orally and in writing.
