The Provost lab is part of the Department of Medicine in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (JSMBS). We are located in the VA Western New York Healthcare System at Buffalo.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Cell culture and flow cytometry,
- Bead-based immunoassays, bacterial culture and quantitation.
- PCR, immunostaining,
- Equipment maintenance and lab maintenance (cataloguing and ordering of all needed solutions, reagents, equipment upkeep),
- Research data management,
- Apple/Mac knowledge,
- FlowJo cell analysis software, and
- FCAP software competency or willingness to learn.
