Position Summary

The Student Experience Recruiter supports the enrollment efforts of the College of Professional Studies by providing admissions information to prospective students, creating communication materials, representing Villanova University and the College of Professional Studies at internal and external events and programs. Work schedule includes some evenings and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Foster viable student inquiries through approved outreach channels.


  • Represents Villanova University, College of Professional Studies at events both internal and external events and programs.


  • Maintain and report detailed information on prospective inquiries and applicants to the College of Professional Studies.


  • Assist prospective students, both in person, and at a distance, in the decision-making and application process.


  • Perform other related duties and assist with special projects as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree. Masters Degree Preferred.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sales and excellent customer service skills required. Goal oriented and highly ethical.


  • Valid drivers license and transportation capabilities.


  • Proficient experience in Microsoft software applications, Banner and reporting, CRM (customer relationship management).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree Preferred.


  • Two years working with adult students and recruitment practices preferred.


  • Background in adult learning theory and practice is helpful.


Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours

  • Work schedule includes some evenings and weekends.
