The Development Officer position at Bryant University is a multi-faceted position assisting in development, implementation, and execution of annual giving program components of the Bryant Fund including direct mail, social media, crowd funding and other forms of electronic communication and solicitation, Senior Class Gift, Campus Campaign, and for securing corporate sponsorship support for assigned campus events.

The Development Officer (DO) reports directly to the Director of the Bryant Fund. S/he works cooperatively with the Director of the Bryant Fund, the Senior Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations, and other Senior Development Management to set annual and long-term goals and priorities, with specific focus on building both dollars and participation for the Bryant Fund and corporate sponsorship programs. The DO will assist in the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of corporate and individual prospects, as appropriate, to further support the University and assigned programs. The DO also works cooperatively with members of Alumni Engagement, Advancement Services, University Relations, and outside vendors and consultants that provide services and materials in support of the annual giving and corporate sponsorship programs at the University.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position with excellent benefits.
