Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Recruitment Relations and Social Media Lead in the Admissions department at the Daytona Beach campus.This position will provide the Office of Admissions with the highest level of customer service in a dynamic, interactive and exciting way to our prospective students and their families through various means to include presentations, social media, one-on-ones and much more.  Additionally, this position will manage the office of Admissions non-travel territory. Extensive use, knowledge and understanding of managing professional social media accounts is highly recommended.  Also having intermediate understanding in making dynamic videos, photos, photo editing and content for posting/using in presentations is highly recommended.Provide presentations to all families/groups/camps or any other persons who visit campus.  Meet and answer prospective student’s questions and concerns while providing career and/or pre college counseling to them and their families.            

Actively launch, monitor, respond to and elevate the office of Admissions social media presence to include, but not limited to, Facebook, the Facebook App, Instagram, Twitter, U-Chat, Snap Chat and Youtube. Responsibilities also include reporting to the Director of Admissions, as they require, on the campaign plans and campaign results as well as promoting colleague and fellow recruiter events and plans.Maintain contact with prospective students through phone, email and Marketing materials in order toprovide career and/or pre-college counseling  and work with the student information system in orderto review students’ application files/render admissions decisions and maintain statistical data of theprospect/applicant cohort. Work with the Admissions Visitor Center Coordinator to ensure Embry-Riddle is executing the best visit experience possible.Gather information to remain current on Universality programs, national admissions trends, (standards and policies), financial aid opportunities (including institutional, federal, and private), and of industry trends, specifically within the aviation industry.
