The Registrar’s Office at Oregon Institute of Technology is seeking an Assistant Registrar. This a full time 12 month position that is responsible for day to day operations of the Registrar’s Office including managing the web products and processes including web for student, web for faculty, web upgrades, and web training for all users; summer session coordination, graduation processes; commencement; class scheduling process, transfer credit evaluations, veteran’s services, dual credit high school programs, registration services, transcript services, records management, and degree audits. Position is responsible for technological initiatives and requires a high level of technical skills.
Required: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred; 2-3 years related experience in a Registrar’s Office or equivalent college setting, 2-3 years supervisory experience in a Registrar’s Office or equivalent college setting. Preferred: In depth knowledge of Ellucian’s Banner SIS.
