Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide (ERAU-WW) announces a new position in the Office of Career Services. The Project Manager assists the Director of Career Services in developing, implementing and managing strategic initiatives and operations related to Career Services for the Worldwide Campus. This position will also aid in the management of career planning and development activities as well as administrative processing of cooperative internship positions. This role is responsible for assisting with the transition, implementation and management of the new ERAU Career Services software platform system for ERAU-WW students, alumni and staff. The Project Manager will be heavily involved in the planning and execution of four (4) Worldwide Industry/Career Expos in multiple locations as well as assistance with graduation-related activities. This position will have the opportunity to conduct career services presentations and training to graduate students, alumni, faculty and staff in multiple modalities, including webinars and on-site campus locations. This position requires analytical skills and the ability to engage with non-traditional oriented students to assess, track, and provide career-related resources, including counseling, resume building, and interview preparation. The Project Manager will promote the ERAU Worldwide Campus at appropriate venues (Women in Aviation, NBAA, etc.) with potential employers for permanent and co-op/internship employment opportunities with a focus on the attributes of ERAU-WW students and graduates. The Project Manager will also collaborate with the Daytona Beach and Prescott Career Service Offices, the ERAU Alumni Association, Office of Professional Education and related internal departments.
