Current available temporary job opportunities:
Pantry Worker/Prep-Cook: assists the culinary and bakery staff in food preparation, execution and service duties in our seasonally-inspired dining venues on campus. Trains on all stations within our dining venues alongside our classically-trained management & supervisory team. Actively participates in a team setting with keen attention to customer service and to culinary and visual detail in support of RISD Dining Service’s mission.
Dining Experience Associate (customer service/cashier): serves customers in a professional and courteous manner and works independently and efficiently to set up and open various campus locations according to the specific requirements of each operation. The ideal candidate has the flexibility to move from one location to the next location as directed by supervisor(s) in order to meet department-wide needs. The DEA handles daily cash receipts and transactions.
Dish Room Attendants (Dishwashers): responsible for maintaining daily operations of dish machine in accordance with proper procedures; maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for utensils, equipment, etc., using the machine and manual cleaning methods. Also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
