Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide is seeking a multitasker with a student first mindset for the Dual Enrollment Advisor position. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all dual enrollment prospects and guides students through the entire Embry-Riddle experience. This includes consulting prospects/students through the admissions, enrollment and retention processes.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Student Advising & Support
Prospect to Admission
Provides thorough customer support and advisement
Contacting all prospective students (phone and email)
Process all student applications.
Collecting any applicable admissions documentation
Evaluate student transcripts in accordance with University policies and procedures.
Admission to Enrollment
Enters/Maintains all Student information and records
Assist Students will ERAU account activation, Parent Auxilary Access and course selection.
Works with school counselors and administrators on each student file.
Register students for all courses.
Enrollment to Retention
Assist students and parents with all tuition payments & textbook orders.
Provides access to all student resources and support services.
Responsible for monitoring student performance and grades.
Works with ERAU instructors as a liaison for all student related issues.
Retention to Graduation
Develops and manages all dual enrollment student academic plans.
Assist registrar with all dual enrollment student transcript requests.
Works with students to prep ERAU undergrad applications.
Monitor, review, and make recommendations on issues experienced by dual enrollment students.
Operations Support
Assist with all program audits throughout the academic year to ensure full compliance with SACS and University policy.
Update all program support resources for students, parents & partnership locations


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
(1-3) years of work related experience
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Must have ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills with all age groups and diverse populations.
Considerable knowledge of personal computers and current software applications including Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to demonstrate discretion, work independently, and be a self-starter.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure, at times with short deadlines.
Possess advanced organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
