The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for a Men's and Women's Dive Coach position within the Athletics Department.

This position is responsible for organizing, developing, and administering all functions related to coaching a highly successful Division III Men's and Women's Dive program. Duties include, but not limited to: implementation of training program, coaching, recruitment, travel, skill development of student athletes and meet/ practice planning. Including all other daily administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.

This is a part-time, 0.25 FTE position and is not eligible for the full University of St. Thomas benefits package.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant sport experience. Experience playing and/or coaching and recruiting at the collegiate level. Must have 3-meter coaching experience. Must be able to perform coaching related duties. Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
