Position Summary
The position is open for a Clinical Research Assistant to provide assistance in support of ongoing health services and epidemiological studies to support development of grant proposals and publications of research findings. The candidate will assist with coordinating and implementing research studies, participate in evaluating study participants compliance to protocols; and participate in the collection, compilation, and analysis of research data. The candidate will also identify, analyze, and interpret trends in patterns in complex primary and secondary data sets using advance statistical and analytic software; manage spreadsheets using advanced data manipulation, and collaborate to write abstracts, manuscripts, articles and research reports for publication in peer-reviewed journals. Opportunities will be available to train and coordinate activities of professional and graduate students. The candidate will be self-motivated, an independent worker, enthusiastic, hard-working, and enjoy working in a fast, high throughput environment. Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Highly Organized, motivated and independent worker.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health.
  • A strong foundation in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS) is preferred.
